SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders placed with My Sun Jax will generally ship between 2-6 business days. If you need to place an order for rushed shipping please contact mysunjax@gmail.com. If for any reason your order needs to be delayed or cancelled- do to stock, payment, or otherwise- we will contact you via email. 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not shipped. Please email us at mysunjax@gmail.com to cancel or change your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns on all full-price orders* within 16 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only. Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
*No returns or exchanges on final sale products (final sale products include all sale items, hats, and jewelry).
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
DAMAGED ITEMS

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier. If your item or items get delivered and have damages please email mysunjax@gmail.com a photo of the damage along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement or back to original payment form upon request. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are able to order from our website but are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
